2025 RACE DATE
The Larking Gowen Norwich Half Marathon will return on Sunday 23rd November 2025.
The Half Marathon will begin at a new time in 2025 of 10.00AM.
RACE ENTRY

Half Marathon runners will need to be 17 years of age on race day.
Please note that there is no upper age limit for any race.

To qualify for UKA Affiliated entry, your running club must be recognised via the UKA Governing Body. If your club is missing from the list when you enter, please email info@goodrunningevents.co.uk

If your entry has been successful you will receive an email confirmation. Please keep a safe copy of your order confirmation email as you may need this in the future. You can also log into your Total Race Timing profile to see if your entry was successful.

Depending on entry availability, entries will close approx one week before the race or earlier if a race is full. Please check the website and social media channels for updates on the entries closing.

No, unfortunately we cannot accept any entries to any race on the day.

No – unfortunately we do not have the facilities to take payment over the phone and all entries must be made online. However, if you are experiencing difficulties with this, then please email us on info@goodrunningevents.co.uk and we will see how we can assist you further.

Yes you can, and to ensure your safety and the safety of other participants you must enter in the Wheelchair Category, and will be allocated into the dedicated wheelchair start on race day.

If you get an injury, we recommend you should go to your GP and/or a physiotherapist for advice. Hopefully your injury will recover and you will be able to take part.
However, if it does not and you are not able to participate you can apply to defer your entry. To apply for a deferral, please email info@goodrunningevents.co.uk
Please note deferrals are only available up until two weeks before the event - after which no more deferrals can be accepted.

Dogs, baby joggers, nordic poles and unauthorised bicycles are not permitted on the course. This race is permitted and insured UK Athletics and run in accordance with their rules.

Yes, we have to operate with a cutoff time of 3 hours 30 minutes in order to reopen the road closures to schedule

Do not worry! Race packs will not be sent out until 10 days before the event. If yours does not arrive in time, you will be able to pickup a new one in the event village on race day.

In ear headphones are banned, but UKA approved bone conducting headphones are acceptable.
Anyone seen to be wearing in ear headphones will be disqualified as per UKA rules, and their race result removed.
